Can I buy a ticket on the spot ?
Yes, tickets for the Path can also be purchased at the on-site box office.
I bought tickets online, paid for them, but I didn’t get any email. What should I do?

I have a ticket for a specific time, what time should I show up ? What if I am late ?
The ticket allows you to enter the Learning Path within 30 minutes from the time of your chosen visit. For example: if you purchased a ticket for 10:00 a.m., you can enter from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We strongly urge you to respect the entry time to avoid crowding the Path and thus not taking away from your comfort.
Can I return/rebook my ticket?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return tickets, change the selected date or change the details on the ticket.
How long can I stay on the Path ?
According to the Regulations, the length of stay on the Path is 3 hrs.
Do I need to have my ID with me when I buy a discounted ticket?
Yes, when buying a discounted ticket for a child under 18, for a senior citizen over 65, or for a person with a disability, you must carry the appropriate identification card or ID card to confirm your right to the discount. As a reminder, students are not entitled to a discounted ticket.
How do I access the Audioguide?
The audio guide is available through the “Stobnica- educational path” app on Google Play and App Store We encourage you to download the app before coming to Stobnica.
Is it possible to visit the Forest Educational Trail in foreign languages?
Yes, thanks to the audio guide available on the app or on our website, tours are available in English, German, French. In addition, brochures in these languages are available on site.
Is it possible to visit the Castle as part of the ticket?
At the moment it is not possible to enter the Castle, as it is a construction site and cannot be opened to the public for safety reasons.
Can I record or take pictures during the tour?
Photographing or recording nature and the Castle is as much as possible, but only for private use. However, it is not allowed to take pictures of the Educational Path Workers or Construction Workers.
Can I bring my dog with me?
While dogs are accepted on the Nature Trail, the owner is required to keep their pet on a leash and to carry feces bags and keep order. Leashing dogs is strictly prohibited due to the presence of wildlife in the forest and for the comfort and safety of other Visitors.
Is parking available on site?
Visitors to the Nature Trail can park for free on the dirt road,. directly in front of the entrance.
Are restrooms available on site?
Yes, immediately after entering the Path there are 3 toilets available, including one adapted for people with disabilities and equipped with a baby changing station.
Is it possible to smoke in the area of the Path?
Definitely no. The Educational Path leads through the forest, so smoking is prohibited during the tour, including electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products
Can I eat, drink and buy a souvenir on the Forest Educational Trail?
Of course, there is a cafe with delicious sweets, soups and coffee and tea, as well as a souvenir store on the Educational Path in Stobnica. In addition, we also serve Old Polish bigos, sour soup, pajda with lard and sausages to be roasted by yourself on the fire. We encourage you to try our specialties.
